When we give not-so-great feedback about our room (classic room), manager quickly came to outside pool to look for us and proposed the alternative room which we loved. Every stuff has been very helpful and friendly and we had a great time away from everyday busy life. If we could have a drink and food by poolside, I would give six stars!

We had the pleasure to be the photographer of a wedding in July 2023 in this beautiful location. The wedding began with a wonderful get together on friday with a super delicious pizza buffet. The whole team was very welcoming and nice! We had a problem that had nothing to do with neither the wedding nor the relais, but the wonderful person at the reception was happy to help us anyways. The ambience of Relais Sant Uffizio immediately convinced us and we felt very comfortable! It was a total pleasure to accompany this wedding and the location offers many great opportunities to plan a wedding and the different spots make it easy to create highlights and memories. Saturday started with a pool party for all wedding guests. So everyone could enjoy the free wedding ceremony cooled down and relaxed. We were also present at the getting ready in two of the wonderful rooms. When it got dark, the romantic mood, the outdoor dinner setting decorated with fairy lights made the day perfect. We are looking forward to attending another wedding at this great location soon. Kudos to the entire team. Everyone was super friendly, present and the food was very very delicious. I came here for a 2 days trip short before my next adventure and I am so amused by the service, food, and the facility. The people here are so kind and welcoming. The service is the best. You got two great restaurants at the hotel and both are perfect. I’m definitely going to recommend this for friends and family and I will be back again soon. Thank you

This well maintained hotel in an old restored convent is a perfect location for a two day stay-over when travelling south wards. We dined in the two star michellin restaurant and enjoyed the creative chef’s artworks… although we were highly disturbed by some other guests talking constantly and loudly on their phones.. total disrespect for the chef and other guests that we felt obliged to act towards these hoolies.. this was quite embarrassing as this is the task of the hosts..Nevertheless we enjoyed our overall experience and will be back..

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! Two amazing restaurants! Wine cellar with tasting. Good staff and service. The spa is modern and very beautiful, but you can only stay in it for 2 hours... The next time you spend in the spa + 20 euros. About the bad alas are catastrophically hard mattresses! You can really hurt your back. I would love to go back if memory foam mattress toppers were put on the mattresses! Thank you .

In Relais Sant'Uffizio, though we arrived almost midnight and tired, the sudden sweet and flora fragrance hit once entered the door as if a sweet lady welcome us. Then it came true with the lovely front desk welcoming and caring us. The freshness, harmony and calmness of the land, the candle message, the spa and the dinner made our trip truly unforgettable!

We’ve had a wonderful time here, two nights. Booked purely based on their website and everything was as expected. Great location in an old building with lots of charme. Spa, wellness and pools had plenty of space during our visit end of June. Food at the Bistro and breakfast was super delicious. THE STAFF: super well prepared, mostly top English skills and always on top of everything. Only thing to criticise is the very slow wifi (open network) connection. Simply use your mobile connection if you really need to stream your nextflix in 4k All in all a great hotel and perfect end to our holiday.

The rooms are very outdated & old. Doesn't give you a feel of a 4star. When we entered the room there was a wierd smell. The furniture was outworn. The staff didn't seem eager on finding a reasonable solution. They wanted us to pay more to upgrade a room. In a 4 star wouldn't expect to be given an old smelly room, especially with the price they charge. The hotel was a complete disappointment. You can only use the Spa for 2 hours & then they charge 20€ per hour, never experienced this in any other 4 star hotels. Not worth what you pay.
